Why this is hard

Two quiet problems kill accounts in these verticals.

The first is tracking that lies to the algorithm. The Meta pixel alone misses a large share of your conversions, so Meta optimizes toward the wrong people and your cost per result drifts up while the dashboard still looks fine. The second is one wrong word or image that trips a policy review and puts the whole account at risk. Most agencies are good at neither. I built Maven Media around both.

Pixel only

What Meta learns from

The gaps are conversions that never arrive: iOS, Safari, and ad blockers. Meta optimizes on what is left.

Pixel + server-side

What Meta learns from

The Conversions API sends the events the browser could not, so the algorithm optimizes on the full picture.

Illustrative. A neglected pixel-only setup often loses 20 to 40%, depending on the account, its browser mix, and its traffic. Built correctly from day one the gap is much smaller, which is the whole point of building it correctly from day one.

What I handle

Management and tracking, from one operator who builds both.

Meta Ads management

Full-funnel management in Special Ad Category verticals. Structure, creative, testing, scaling, with Meta policy as a hard constraint.

Server-side tracking / CAPI

Conversions API and server-side tracking, built in house and built right the first time, so the events the browser drops still reach Meta.

Conversion tracking diagnostics

Tracking 100 scores your setup out of 100 for free, then a paid diagnostic maps the fix. Credited toward management if you start.

How it works

Audit, build, structure, scale.

One operator, one line from first look to scale. No account managers, no handoffs, no black box.

  1. 01

    Audit

I start with what you’re already running: account structure, pixel and Conversions API setup, event quality, and where conversions leak.

  2. 02

    Tracking build

I build the Conversions API and server-side tracking myself, deduplicated against the pixel, with PII hashed.

  3. 03

    Structure & creative

Campaigns built for Special Ad Category constraints, with creative direction that clears Meta policy the first time.

  4. 04

    Test & scale

Structured testing on audiences and creative, scaling what holds cost per result. Plain-language reporting.

Where I specialize

Built for the verticals Meta treats as high risk.

Around 90% of my work is in Meta Special Ad Category verticals, where policy is tighter and targeting is limited, so the tracking has to be exact. That constraint is the specialty.

Loans & mortgage

Personal loans, mortgage, HELOC, and debt. High intent, high scrutiny, and a hard dependency on clean lead tracking.

Insurance

Life, health, auto, and final expense. Compliance-sensitive copy and creative, with cost per qualified lead as the number that matters.

Credit & financial services

Credit products, fintech, and financial services under the US Financial Products category. Broad, creative-led, measured against real revenue.

Anonymized results

Real accounts, honest framing.

HELOC advertiser

$55 to $65 about $40

Average cost per lead, in 30 days

Keith also led UX and registration-flow CRO, so tracking was part of a broader fix.

Debt advertiser

$29 to $48 about $21

Average cost per lead, in 30 days

Keith also led UX and registration-flow CRO, so tracking was part of a broader fix.

On account risk

“Accounts get flagged in these verticals. That’s normal, and I’ve resolved plenty. I treat Meta policy as a hard constraint and risk-check every setup before it scales. The result is zero permanent account bans across 120+ accounts.”

Keith Guirao, founder, Maven Media

Disclaimer: a banned account means any account that was flagged and permanently banned by Meta due to forces outside Maven Media’s control. Meta enforces its policies at its own discretion, and no agency can guarantee an account against restriction. The zero permanent bans figure reflects Maven Media’s management practices to date and is not a guarantee of future outcomes.

Before working with Maven Media, we were guessing our way through Meta ads and crossing our fingers for good leads. Keith broke everything down in a way that actually made sense and finally showed us how to build campaigns the right way. His Meta Leads Framework gave us a clear plan for our audiences, creative, tracking, and follow-up. The best part is how fast we saw improvements. Our cost per lead dropped, lead quality went up, and we finally understood why our old strategy was stuck. If you want someone who actually knows performance marketing inside and out, this is the team. Honest, detailed, and ridiculously smart with Meta ads.

Maven Media delivered above and beyond what I expected. Their team is incredibly responsive, creative, and strategic. From the very first conversation, they took the time to understand exactly what I needed and came back with solutions that made everything clearer and easier on my end. The execution was fast, the communication was flawless, and the results spoke for themselves. It’s rare to find a media team that blends professionalism with genuine care, but Maven Media does it effortlessly.

Keith at Maven Media is a true expert in lead generation and Meta Ads. He took the time to understand my goals, built a structured system for our real estate campaigns, and optimized them specifically to capture high-quality leads. What I appreciated most was how turnkey he made the process, from strategy and ad setup to constant monitoring, A/B testing, and detailed monthly reports. If you’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing, delivers measurable results, and treats your budget like his own, Keith is the one.

I first heard about Maven Media through a partner we were both connected to in the lead gen world. Even from a distance, I could tell their Meta campaigns were hitting way harder than what most agencies were doing. The results were solid, the targeting made sense, and the creative actually converted. They understand how to warm up an audience, qualify traffic, and build funnels that don’t fall apart after a few days. What stood out most is that they are easy to talk to. If you’re in lead gen and want a team that really gets Meta and knows how to scale without burning your budget, Maven Media is a solid choice.

Before working with Maven Media, our Meta campaigns felt scattered and unpredictable. They simplified our setup, rebuilt our structure, refined our creative, and our leads became more consistent. Our CPL dropped, our lead quality improved, and for the first time we actually understood how to run Meta ads the right way. Their communication was clear, their strategy was sharp, and the results came quickly.

I started working with Keith at Maven Media specifically for our international lead generation, and he’s been absolutely transformative. He didn’t just run ads; he immediately dove deep into our data to understand our long-term customer value (LTV), which let him build a structured, high-conversion funnel on Meta Ads. If you need a performance marketing expert who is completely transparent, deeply understands the mechanics of paid social, and treats every dollar of your budget like it’s his own, you need to hire Keith.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is your minimum spend?+

Maven Media works with advertisers spending $20,000 a month or more on Meta. Below that, management isn’t the right fit, and I’ll tell you so rather than take the account.

What does management cost?+

Management is a monthly retainer scaled to your spend and scope. The health check and the first call are free, and we only move forward if it’s a fit for both of us.

Do you only work with New Jersey businesses?+

No. Maven Media is based in Bergenfield, New Jersey, in Bergen County, but most clients advertise nationally. Being in New Jersey is where the business is registered, not a limit on who I work with.

What verticals do you specialize in?+

Roughly 90% of the work is finance, insurance, and loans. These are Meta Special Ad Category verticals, with tighter policy and less targeting, and it’s the lane I know best.

How much experience does Keith have?+

Keith Guirao has been in digital marketing since 2008, media buying since 2012, and specialized in Meta since 2017. He’s personally managed over $10 million in ad spend across 120+ accounts, up to $600,000 a month at peak.

Do you build the tracking, or outsource it?+

I build the Conversions API and server-side tracking myself. My background is in IT and web applications, which is why the tracking is done in house rather than handed to a third party.

What is the Conversions API, and why does it matter?+

The Conversions API sends conversion signal to Meta from your server, not just the browser. It sends Meta the events the pixel alone loses to iOS, Safari, and ad blockers, so the algorithm optimizes on more complete data.

Do you handle creative, or only media buying?+

I direct creative and work with your team or mine on production. In broad Special Ad Category accounts, creative is the main lever, so it’s part of management, not an afterthought.

My account keeps getting flagged. Can you help?+

Accounts get flagged in these verticals. That’s normal, and I’ve resolved plenty. I treat Meta policy as a hard constraint and risk-check every setup before it scales. Some enforcement is outside anyone’s control, and I’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic.

Can you help an account that’s already restricted?+

Often, yes. Restrictions and rejections are common in these verticals and many are resolvable. I’ll look at the specifics on a call before making any promises about what can be fixed.

How is this different from Tracking 100?+

Tracking 100 is a free tool that scores your conversion tracking out of 100. It’s one entry point. Maven Media is the full management service that tracking feeds into.

Do you work with agencies, or only direct advertisers?+

Mostly direct advertisers. If you’re an agency with a finance, insurance, or loan client that needs specialized Meta help, reach out and we can talk.

How do we get started?+

Take the free Meta Ads health check or book a call. From there it’s an account and tracking audit, then a written plan before anything scales.

Spending $20,000/month or more on Meta?

Every month on a leaky setup is spend you don’t get back. Book a call and we’ll find the leaks together, or score your account first with the free health check.
